Is it really free for homeowners?
Yes, 100% free. You describe your job, we match you with local tradies, and they contact you directly. No account needed, no hidden fees, ever.
How does the AI chat work?
Just describe your job in plain English — or speak it aloud. Brain asks a couple of quick questions about location and urgency, then posts the job to matching tradies in your area automatically. Takes about 60 seconds.
How many tradies will contact me?
Up to 5 tradies can claim each job. Once a tradie claims it, you’ll get an email with their name and phone number so you can get in touch directly — no waiting around.
How long does my job stay live?
Jobs stay live for 30 days. If no tradie has claimed it after 48 hours, we’ll send you an update. You can also track your job status via the link in your confirmation email.
Is my personal information safe?
Your contact details are only shared with tradies who claim your job. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How much does it cost?
Plans start from $49+GST/month. There are no per-lead fees — claim as many jobs as you want for one flat monthly rate. All plans include a 60-day free trial, card required.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Starter ($49) covers 1 trade and 1 region. Pro ($79) covers 3 trades and 2 regions, plus priority visibility and a verified badge. Elite ($99) gives you unlimited trades and all regions nationwide.
What are Founding Member spots?
The first 200 tradies to join get their rate locked in forever — it never increases no matter what happens to pricing in the future. Canterbury is launching first so spots are limited.
How do I claim a job?
Log in to your dashboard, find a matching job, and click Claim. The homeowner’s contact details are revealed instantly — you contact them directly from there. No middleman.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before day 60 of your trial and you won’t be charged anything. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
How does verification work?
Submit your NZBN, LBP licence, insurance certificate, and photo ID through your dashboard. Once approved by our team you’ll get a verified badge on your profile, which gives homeowners more confidence in hiring you.
What regions are available?
Canterbury is launching first. Auckland, Wellington, Otago, and other regions are coming soon — sign up now to be first in your area and lock in your Founding Member rate.
